LYD Co
Building More Inclusive, Compassionate Workplaces
What Can We Do for You?
We offer training, coaching, policy and process reviews, keynotes and panels interviews, inclusive editing, toolkits and handbooks.
From disability and neurodiversity to inclusive leadership, anti-sexual harassment to inclusive communication; we are here to help extend your capacity for growth and impact.
Training
Ranging from standalone ‘bitesize’ sessions to multi-session training courses, delivered in person or online.
Thoughtful, experiential sessions rooted in curiosity, context and care.
I create safe, brave, inclusive spaces for deep learning and honest dialogue, with actionable next steps and accountability mechanisms for tangible impact.
Toolkits
Tailor-made, accessible and applicable toolkits and handbooks for all levels; managers, leadership, staff, clients, customers, patients, volunteers or boards.
Case studies, frameworks, activities and conversation guides support the day-to-day application of learning and culture/process change.
Keynotes
From 5 minutes to 3 hours, a mixture of presentation, guided reflection, and Q&A delivered in person or online.
Authentic, story-led keynotes that blend lived experience with both scientific and creative insight.
I use narrative and reflection to embed lasting, meaningful learning, with organic learning and trauma informed principles.
Process Reviews
I’ll review your policies and processes with a particular focus on bias, exclusion, inaccessibility and simply opportunities for greater inclusion.
I’ll use my experience across industries, geographies and organisational contexts, together with my understanding of best practice in inclusion.
Coaching
With fellow neurodivergent and/or disabled professionals, or those who wish to further support a neurodivergent or disabled colleague or loved one.
Using personal insight, I create a brave, gentle space for reflection and support – helping or highlighting those overlooked in physical, digital, emotional, and social environments, especially around disability and neurodiversity.
Inclusive Editing
From 5 minutes to 3 hours, a mixture of presentation, guided reflection, and Q&A delivered in person or online.
Authentic, story-led keynotes that blend lived experience with both scientific and creative insight.
I use narrative and reflection to embed lasting, meaningful learning, with organic learning and trauma informed principles.

“Lydia’s ability to create space for honest dialogue, challenge thinking constructively, and guide clients toward meaningful change is what sets her apart. She brings clarity, compassion, and confidence to her work, and her impact is both immediate and lasting. Lydia is smart, grounded, and impactful. I highly recommend her to any organisation looking for an EDI consultant who combines expertise with genuine care and connection, and who always makes a lasting impression”
Vikki Barron
Client Delivery & Operations Director
“I had the pleasure of working with Lydia recently when she designed and delivered two workshops on neurodiversity in our corporate setting. She has extensive knowledge in the field and a lovely presentation style – calm, warm and personable – which really put our delegates at ease with a potentially sensitive topic and supported their learning. She also has great organisational skills and the tenacity to make things happen! I have no hesitation in recommending Lydia for similar work in other organisations”
